Mess ups Several Parts machined were out of tolerance On the bottom steel Conveyor Frame one bearing hole set was messed up On the gear train assembly the tolerances were off and several of the pieces wouldn’t fit together. Jack Plates were drilled upside down. The mounting holes were on bottom of one plate of each of the 4 assemblies. Extra strap welded into adjustable bearing mount keeps conveyor roller from being installed. Press hole for Bearings in gear train too small. Bearing will not press in as hole is 22 thousands too small. Slip Hole for shafts for gear train machined to exact size of hardened pins. At least 2 thousands required to slip fit pins.
