9 Release 01/10/059 2. HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLY Assembly of lower connection piece L 50/75/5 with hexagon head bolt M8x70, washer M8 and check check nut M8. Assembly of other connection piece L 50/75/5 with T- hexagon head bolt M8x25, washer M8 and check check nut M8.

10 Release 01/10/0510 The rectangle thin check nut M8 fixed to multifit base with hexagon head bolt M8x20 and washer M8.

11 Release 01/10/0511 Slide the multifit base in the rafter and hitch the hexagon head bolt M8x20. Divide them over the mentioned distance.

12 Release 01/10/0512 The multifit fork 60 or multifit fork 80 is slided over the multifit base.

16 Release 01/10/0516 200F 250F 300F 350F 400 F Assembly side plates 200F Type I, 250F Type I, 300F Type I, 350F and 400F Type I with countersunk head thread forming screw M6x30. Attention: use grease and an electric drill of min. 15V.

37 Release 01/10/0537 2.2.1 Coupling of Aerofoil 200F Fix the fix-tap in Aerofoil 1 and close the Aerofoil with side plate type II and countersunk head thread forming screw. Fix Aerofoil 2 in a adjustable bearing Ø29/75 (Connection set Aerofoil) and close with the side plate type II and countersunk head thread forming screw.

38 Release 01/10/0538 Assembly of Aerofoil 200F ATTENTION: with assembly: provide tolerance to avoid distension.

39 Release 01/10/0539 2.2.2 Coupling Aerofoil 250F, 300F, 350F and 400F Assembly shaft fixed spigot on couple side plate (Connection set Aerofoil) with hexagon head bolt M5x20 and washer M5. Fit the fix-tap in Aerofoil 1 with couple side plate and countersunk head thread forming screw. Fix bearing in Aerofoil 2 with couple side plate and countersunk head thread forming screw. Assembly of bearing MCM 14-03 14 mm.

40 Release 01/10/0540 Coupling of Aerofoils 250F, 300F, 350F and 400F ATTENTION: with assembly: provide tolerance to avoid distension.

41 Release 01/10/0541 3. VERTICAL Assembly Assembly of rafters to the wall. Assembly of Multifit base to the rafters.

42 Release 01/10/0542 Assembly Hexagon socket button head cap screw with flange M8x12 ISO 7380MF with washer M8 DIN 125-1A, 2 courses in base.

43 Release 01/10/0543 Assembly fork over the base in the required position.

44 Release 01/10/0544 Assembly with Hexagon socket button head cap screw with flange M8. Now tighten both lower and upper screw (or hexagon head bolt).
