2. Install strap plate with 2 bolts on each side, do not tighten.
Step 1: Place section 1 and 2 together, upside down and counter clockwise (sections are numbered for assembly).
Install strap plate with 2 bolts on each side, do not tighten.
Step 2: Put 4 each 5/16x1 bin bolts in seam Bottom, Middle and 3rd hole from the top. Bolt head and washer will be inside the cone. Do not tighten.
Continue with Steps 1 and 2 until all sections are together.
If you have 2 part sheets put the bottom row up first and then put on the small sheet. The small sheet fits over the outside of the bottom sheet. Use 3-4 bolts in the seam. Do not tighten.
Step 2: Put 4 bin bolts in seam. Bottom, Middle and 3 holes from the top.
Do not tighten. Continue with Step 1 and 2 until all sections are together.

3. Step 4: Continue installing all legs.
Step 3: Slide leg into sleeve with the angle cut end turned same as sleeve. Tighten set bolts to hold leg in place.

4. Continue placing angle iron leg braces until all are in place.
Step 5: Place gate ring over the cone sheets. Line up one of the tabs with the 2nd hole in the sheet seam. Be sure tabs line up with legs.
You may need to drill the balance of the holes for the gate ring to fit properly. Our current ring is different from one shown.
Step 6: Place angle iron leg brace under the tab on the leg and bolt into place with 2 each 3/8x1 grade 8 bolts with 3/8 lock nut. Then attach the other end to tab on gate ring also with 2 each 3/8x1 grade 8 bolts with 3/8 lock nut.
Continue placing angle iron leg braces until all are in place.
Step 6: Place angle iron leg brace under the tab on the leg and bolt into place with 2 each 3/8x1 grade 8 bolts with 3/8 lock nut. Then attach the other end to tab on gate ring also with 2 each 3/8x1 grade 8 bolts with 3/8 lock nut.
Continue placing angle iron leg braces until all are in place.

5. Be sure to block up the center if you stand in halves.
Step 7: Rolling the completed unit. You can leave 2 seams open and roll 1 section at a time or you can assemble in 1 piece and have the crane flip your cone into place when they are there to set your grain bin.

The unit can be assembled upright. Assemble 3 sections upside down and then raise the 3 sections, add the remaining sections 1 at a time.

When all sections are in place tighten all bolts.
Set bin over top of cone and bolt bin to the top of the cone.
You are now ready for years of trouble free, maintenance free grain unloading.

7. Aeration Installation
The flange ring is already installed on the outside of one cone sheet.
Place 6ft cover 2ft up from gate opening on inside of hoppercone. Drill holes in cone and use 3/8 x1 bolts with lock nuts to secure the tunnel to cone wall. Put bolts in top and sides, you will need to bend down the bottom to fit the curve of the cone wall before you can add bolts.
