Keep the JPO and Primes/OEM’s aware of their progress (do not rely on Gov’t Program Mgr) for advocacy ◦If you haven’t talked to your sponsor in 6 months – reach out! ◦When are your option decisions due? What is the timeline for Phase II.5, RIF, ManTech, etc? Do not work in a vacuum…the more communication you have the more likely you are to succeed, with the fewest surprises
