What is HR Department HR Departments are the entities organizations that organize people, report relationships, and work in a way that best supports the accomplishment of the organization's goals. Departments are usually organized by functions such as human resources, marketing, administration, and sales.

What will be covered: Team charter for the Department Plan the production of the workforce development plan Position statement and job descriptions Code of Conduct-Business Reachoutt Attire Staff performance Produce a demographic report Indentify trends and characteristic of demographic Team Work

HR consist of: Team Leader-Produce a team Charter Personnel Officer- Job descriptions Performance Review Officer- Conduct performance review Training Officer- Training needs analysis Workforce Development Officer- Produce a demographic report Support Services Officer- Manage records of attendance

Team Charter Vision We are a responsible business offering excellent service to help people in need. We hold high values of integrity, honestly and equality in all our work and aim to delight our customers and share their vision with a wide range of business services Missions To create a fair and positive work environment for all employees To provide the right tools, adequate training and comprehensive skills to all workers. To motivate and support the employees to do the best they can do To ensure and protect the workers to share their best ability and skills Purpose of HR Department: To provide a safe, efficient, attractive and harmonious work environment through maintenance of good working condition.

Goals - HR To have the most motivated, committed, trained and happy staff. Objectives: Train the entire 15 staff by week 9 in specific areas identified. To create a staff incentives plan by week 12 to motivate employees Strategies: Identify the training needs and prepare a training plan by week 5 and train all the employees by week 9. Plan monthly incentive for teams to employees who exceed expectation To have maximize workplace efficiency and satisfaction. Objectives: To ensure work place facilities in all 4 departments to be fully functional by week 9. Achieve a staff satisfaction rating of 5 on a scale of 0-5 by week 9. To make sure all workers un4derstand their job roles and responsibilities by week 5. To have 90% employees performing well (“mostly meets expectation”, “fully meets expectation” or "exceeds expectation”) by week 5. Strategies: Instruct the workers to report any problem with the equipments to HR department and to ensure that all the problems are solved within one week maximum. Share skills and support all employees in their needs. Distribute the job description and position statement to all employees by week 5. Create a process for assessing staff performance and conduct the performance review by week 5.
