CCC‘s Members Operation Works

 4 new applicant NGOs (Aug-Sept 2014)  32 valid certified NGOs;  35 applicant NGOs (9 submitted to NCCC, one approved and 3 waiting approval from NCCC)  Follow Up, Mentoring & Coaching for certified and applicant NGOs  Conducted one Certified NGOs forum Governance Hub Program (GHP) 1. Governance and Professional Practice  Reviewing the VFA training tool and VCS system  Reviewing VCS online database functions  Finalizing M&E practical guidelines and self- assessment tool.

 Provided mentoring and coaching 4 applicant NGOs for GPP certificate;  Conducted one Learning forum on ICT and one GPA training courses  Conducted assessment on Capacity Development and Advocacy needed, in 9 provinces with 130 participants (27 females) from 108 NGOs and 22 CBOs. 2. Updated Progress of Research and Learning Governance Hub Program (GHP)

 Conducted campaign on: iMove Again Corruption for Poverty Reduction in Cambodia  Organized strategic meeting to deal with 8 laws (Cybercrime, LANGO, Trade Unoin Law, Telecom Law and 3 laws related to the court and judiciary)  Develop advocacy strategic for Enabling Environment in Cambodia (advocacy campaign to deal with shrinking democracy space both in and out of country)  Built networks with 9 provincial NGO networks and preparing for capacity building 3. New Executive Committee (EXCOM) StagesTime lineOutputs Call for Nominations07 Oct. to 11 Nov. 2014Nominations confirmed. Announcement of the nominated candidates 12 Nov Candidates informed to member organizations. E-vote casting by entire CCC membership 12 Nov. to 11 Dec At least ¾ of CCC members casted their vote. Handover meeting 17 Dec CCC new EXCOM elected its official and understood their roles to play for CCC. Announcements of results by 18 Dec CCC new EXCOM elected and introduced to member organizations. Announcements of result and introduction face-to- face with member organizations CCC’s Annual General Meeting (tentatively to be held in March 2015) CCC new elected EXCOM introduced to member organizations.

DAY 1: Annual General Meeting - appreciating key achievements of CCC -members contribution to development of Cambodia & members’ fair - celebrating 25 Anniversary of CCC in leading CSOs for development DAY 2: Partnerships for Sustainable Development - Plenary Discussion on Good Governance (importance of governance, its challenges, and case studies of implementation of key principles of good governance in different sector) - Reflecting key principles/policies, practices and recommendations for future improvements and the key roles of each development actor should play for sustainable development in Cambodia. 25 th Anniversary of CCC & CSO Fairs
