London Councils residents poll Aimed to examine: –Residents level of awareness of who or which organisations are responsible for walking and cycling policies in London. –What measures would encourage them to walk and cycle more people surveyed in June

Who is responsible for walking and cycling policies in London? 4 While residents recognise the role that London boroughs play in deciding and implementing walking and cycling policies, the Mayor has higher recognition, especially for cycling policies.

5 Who is responsible for walking and cycling policies in London? A higher proportion of respondents from outer London thought boroughs were responsible for both walking and cycling.
