Why is Year 9 important? GCSE options. Embed skills and mindset that will ensure success at GCSE. Some GCSE courses begin in Year 9. Changes to GCSE.

Attendance There is no doubt that success at GCSE is linked to good attendance. 90% attendance = 1 day off a fortnight. 95% danger level.
