95% of quality control/validation check will be accomplished prior to initiation of monthly data processing. Both errors and warnings must be addressed before monthly data processing can be completed.

The EAS IV system performs regular file checks upon importation of various data files such as the ADM and CHCS files.

EAS IV version 2.5.5/2.5.6, the FY06 table maintenance updates, are in deployment. EAS IV 2.6, changes to the DMHRSi-LCA interface, is in site level testing. EAS IV 3.1, web-enabling and change to an Oracle database, is in testing with deployment scheduled for fourth quarter FY06.
