Instructions 125 g butter 3 dl wheat flour and salt ¾ dl cold water

Mushroom-onion mixture 1l mushrooms 2 onion ½-1 tp salt and white pepper 2 egg 2 dl milk 2 dl grated chiise

First prepare the ground: Remove the butter and the flour. Add salt and cold water with rapid stirring. Press the doudh pie dish. Prick the dottom. Supported by the edges of the dough foil for example bage in the bottom of the oven at 225 C for about 10 minutes at the bottom.

First prepare the ground: For the filling fry the mushrooms in a pan, until the liquid has evaporated. Add the chpped onions and saute for a moment. Season with salt and white pepper. Check the amount of salt. Mix the eggs, milk and cheese each other. Put the mushroom and onion filling baged on the bottom and pour the egg milk mixture on top.

First prepare the ground: bake 225 C for about 30 minutes. Bon appètit!
