Steps to become a CCA Partner STEP 1 - OPN Membership To become an OPN Member Complete and submit the OPN Enrolment Form online OPN Homepage is Pay OPN Annual Membership Fee of USD$1995 Membership processed and accepted Have access to general information on the OPN Portal at via individual OPN Web Accounts

Steps to become a CCA Partner STEP 2 - Siebel PFA: What is it? Siebel Product Focus Area (PFA) To view specific information via the OPN Portal about Oracle’s CRM initiatives you will need to join and be accepted into the Siebel Product Focus Area You will receive access to: News & Events: Keep up with news and get advance notice of upcoming events Education: Access to the latest Oracle Siebel training courses, online seminars, and webcasts Sales Kits: Oracle Siebel Sales Kit, Customer Adoption Presentations, White Papers and Executive Support for qualified key customer opportunities Marketing: Partner testimonials, lead generation, marketing campaign kits, customizable collateral,technical workshops, and solution seminars
