Status – Kickoff – 21 Jan 09 – Bi-weekly Phonecons – Collaboration on Sharepoint – TPP/TCCD Functional Requirements for Task 5

Roles/Privileges/Workflow CPM will have the capability for capturing Project Team Member comments when reviewing a TPP and allow Project Team Members to view and provide additional comments if necessary. CPM will keep a history of the comments added and replied to Roles/Privileges/Workflow CPM will have a button on the TPP / TCCD development template titled "Submit to Project Owner for Review" available only to a "Project Editor" that will lock TPP Elements from further editing and send an to the Project Owner letting them know the TPP is ready for review Roles/Privileges/Workflow CPM will have the capability for a Project Owner to review a TPP submitted to them by a "Project Editor" and allow for "Submit for Approval" or "Reject" with Project Owner comments captured and sent back to the Project Editor for incorporation. When the button "Submit for Approval" is selected an is sent to the appropriate approval authority. (With s sent to Project Editor or TPP Approver) Roles/Privileges/Workflow CPM will allow TPP approval using an "Approve" button available to those with approval authority. CPM will also have a "Reject" button available to those with approval authority that will send the TPP back to the Project Owner with comments attached. (Approve and Reject will send an to the Project Owner). Task 5 Functional Requirements
