4 E2E Training Training in support of the NETC E2E/Sailor 2025 Process: Based on NAVEDTRAs, MIL-HDBKs, & DIDs NETC Sailor 2025 End-to-End Process SOP updates to be added when available Course overhaul underway: – Update to include BCA and Reengineering topics – Incorporate Sailor 2025 SOP

5 E2ETraining (contd) Starting in Mar 16, will be taught monthly at Dam Neck and at 6 different learning centers or fleet concentration areas through 31 Aug 16 Distance Learning version of current E2E ILT course implemented for facilitated asynchronous delivery via NETC N7 Sakai instance – as pre-requisite and reach-back after formal training

13 AIM/LO Module Update – Spring 2016 (contd) Automatic bookmarking in the LO Module Add option to include/exclude the Front Matter from the LO Module preview Add ‘delete unused exercises’ option to AIM I ECG module. In the LO Module, print the full Sheet number when printing a sub-set of sheets

14 LO Module Integration into CPM – ‘Webification’ Long-term NETC plan is to integrate LO Module functions into CPM as a fully web-based application

15 Phase 1 Core of LO Module creation in CPM ‒ delivered and accepted by govt Jan 14

16 Phase 2 Significant improvements in importing LO Module files, “filled in holes” from Phase 1 ‒ Approved FEB 15

17 Future Development Phase 3 (100% of desktop client functionality and operational replacement for LO Module desktop client): ECP underway under current TO 0045 Schedule and required funding are TBD based on several factors, including freeze of desktop client enhancements that will need to be incorporated into the Phase 3 version of webified LO Module

18 Issues Replace current Word editor for TG sheets with web-based editor and migrate existing Word-based TG Sheets into new editor Identify, test, and implement new print engine Work with NETC N6 to scope server requirements and network bandwidth to support far greater user and data load on CPM than current Plan, Analyze, and Design phases of ISD process

19 AIM Support Currently handled by NAWCTSD, with contractor support REMEDY is now the formal Help Desk interface for filing initial Trouble Reports
