Strategies Implemented Case Management (1:1 meetings) Over 150 students - documented 1:1 contacts (including 40 fourth year students – impacting over 12% of the graduating class of 2007 = approx. 8% of the graduation rate ) Drop-Out Prevention / Recovery Plan Met with 41 students – issues related to retention Total of 68 drop-outs for school year (down from 93 last year) Exit Interviews & Student Recovery efforts Home Visits
