Introduction Hats of various shape and size have been worn by humans since ancient times for many different reasons. Unfortunately, most public schools in the United States do not allow students to wear hats during school hours. Students have the right to wear hats inside a school building just as much as they do when they are home.

The city government should respond by giving its citizens more biking opportunities.
