How Does This start 1.Mike asks Don if he could entertain at the Brith Sholom House in Philadelphia one Sunday afternoon 2.Don asks Naomi if her group would be interested in doing this 3. With her group’s permission, Naomi sets Oct 25, 2009 as the performance date 4.Several practice sessions are held in preparation
5.And, On Oct 25 th, the group arrives at the building and the performance gets underway
The Group Arrives Sarah and Malca from Central New Jersey and Ben from Temple Univ. Ronnie from Cherry Hill Jennie from Voorhees Moshe from North Jersey, Lisa from Long Island Etty from Central Jersey, Pearl from Lower Merion, Tzipi from South Jersey and Marc from Valley Forge And, Naomi, the leader, from Central City From Near and Far
Also arriving, the Artists Andrew and Alison Who bring the program, as displayed to the right, that will be handed out to the audience

The Residents fill the seats And What Interests the Residents Something other than a movie for a Sunday afternoon Watching a live demonstration of dancing Interaction with the outside world
The Introductions First, Mike gives an introduction Next Naomi introduces the group Before each dance, Naomi gives a short synopsis of the lyrics In fact, before doing the dance honoring the city of S’ana (capital of Yemen) she includes the audience in the dance by instructing them on arm movements
And The Dancing Begins The Cherry Hill group circles and circles, goes inside and out, dances into the circle and dances outside to the audience For the residents,It is a sea of Black and Blue
The dancing ends with a round of applause And a word of thanks And the residents are on their way
