ENTERING/EXITING GYM B LOCKER ROOMS 1.Enter locker room through hallway not the gym. 2.If you are tardy (late), you must have a pass. 3. Teacher will dismiss you when it is time to leave the locker room at the end of class.

P.E. UNIFORMS 1.WMS P.E. uniform: Black shorts & Gray T-shirt 2. You may wear a uniform previously worn by a brother or sister when they attended WMS. 3. Take uniforms home to wash at the end of each week.

GYM SHOES 1.No gym shoes = NO DRESS 2.Keep a cheap pair in your P.E. locker. 3. Shoes must be secure to feet.

LOST UNIFORMS 1.Check the lost & found in locker room.

RENTAL UNIFORMS 1.Rental uniforms are located IN the file cabinets in the gym. 2.You may rent a uniform any day of the week. 1.Rentals are washed on a daily basis.

P.E. OUTSIDE 1.If the temperature is 40 degrees or warmer, be prepared to go outside. 1.KEEP sweatpants and a sweatshirt in your P.E. locker.

LOCKS & LOCKERS 1.You may not move to a new locker unless you are given permission by a teacher. 2.Must use WMS P.E. lock. All others will be removed. 3.Lost locks? Check the lost lock bar in your locker room. NO LOCK = $ Don’t share your locker or combo.

ROAR LOCKER ROOM EXPECTATIONS 1.Be RESPECTFUL: -to each other -to the lockers, benches, walls etc. -bathrooms -keep it CLEAN 2.Take OWNERSHIP of your stuff only. 3.Be ACCEPTING of others. 4.Get READY quickly and quietly.

LOCKER ROOM EXPECTATIONS CONTINUED… 5.No food or drink = MICE & BUGS 6.No cell phones or cameras = Loss of phone/camera! 7. No AXE spray or any type of aerosol cans = Health hazards to those with Asthma!

PERSONAL HYGIENE 1.Put deodorant (no aerosol spray) on before and after class. 2. Wear your own uniform, socks and shoes. 3. Wash hands after using the bathroom.

GYM B EXPECTATIONS  When leaving the locker room for class: Walk with friends on the track until you hear the whistle Keep your hands and feet to yourself Walk in the same direction as everyone else Do not touch equipment

P.E. MEDICALS 1.Medical notes must be brought to the NURSE BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS in the morning.

P.E. GRADES 1.Daily points based on effort, behavior and uniform. 2.Online Tests (fitness & sport/activity based questions).

SPORTS MODEL CURRICULUM Soccer, Softball, Flag Football, LaCrosse, Hockey,Basketball, Badminton, Golf, Volleyball, Climbing Wall, Fitness training 1.Student roles include coaches, players, referees, sports reporters, photographer and athletic trainers. 2.Fitness Tests are given twice a year (Fall and Spring).

EMERGENCIES 1.Fire: Quietly line-up and follow teacher outside to soccer field. 2.Tornado: Quietly walk to nearest hallway and kneel on floor with your hands protecting the back of your neck. 3.Soft Lock-Down: Not allowed to leave the gym (not allowed to use bathroom). 4.Lock-Down: Walk to closest locker room/storage room & BE QUIET!!!!!
