To help target students understand the formation of sandstorm and its disastrous impacts on people ’ s survival and life so that they can be closer to the solutions to sandstorm. 2. To help target students improve their skills to draw and fine-tune maps with drawing tools. 3. To make target students capable of acquiring, analyzing and processing well- defined information by means of information technology. 4. To enable target students to make web pages via software such as FrontPage. 5. To equip target students with an initial ability to acquire, store and edit video information by digital camera and DV.
