Red Tape Challenge New web based Government tool seeking views from the public, businesses and others about regulations All health and safety regulations available for comment on the site continuously. Will also be highlighted as the main topic on the site for two weeks, 30 June -14 July 2011.

Red Tape Challenge (2) Regulations are structured under five themes: 1. general health and safety; 2. major hazard industries; 3. higher risk workplaces; 4. dealing with hazardous chemicals and materials 5. fire safety (the responsibility of DCLG)). HSE is actively encouraging people to engage in this process and to submit their ideas for consideration.
