Session aims and objectives We will lead a discussion on the challenges of changing partnership working for children in the current environment Presentation of Harrows new model for childrens services Discuss current challenges to delivering change and how we are facing them in Harrow Discuss how to maintain partnerships and move to early intervention in context of current challenges

Harrows new model for childrens services Based on principles of integrated partnership working and better use of resources Multi-agency front door Backed up by pool of integrated support services Team Around the Family model Supported by IT enabled common assessment Moving to earlier intervention
