Clinical Experience With Antibiotic Protocol & RSD N=22 Duration of treatment: 2-4 months Retrospective, open label, clinical trial Responses are based on patient perceived outcomes

A.P. Lab Results In RSD Patients* *12 patients had more then one abnormality Number of patients

Exacerbations of Pain & Fatigue At 1-4 Months Of Treatment Number of patients *Increase in pain by 20-80% **Increase in fatigue by %

Decrease In Pain, Fatigue & Dystrophic Findings (At 2-4 Months Of Treatment) Number of patients *Dec. Pain at % **Dec. Fatigue at 25-50% ***Dec. Dystrophy at 25-75% Note: Only 1 of 2 of the “No effect” patients has completed 4 months of A.P. therapy. All “No Effect” patients continue to report increased pain or fatigue from treatment.

Conclusions Antibiotic protocol can offer substantial improvement in at least some patients with RSD. It remains speculation as to which RSD cases will respond to A.P.
