What level of decision making will I have? How will my performance be measured? How often will I receive performance feedback? Describe the working environment. What are the work hours? How often will they change? How will I be introduced to others? What kind of orientation and training will be provided? What personal values/behaviors does a person need to be successful? What is the next step in the interview process? When can I expect to hear from you?
