4 SSA’s National Squad Strategy SSA has appointed a National Coaching Director, Mr Dirk Lange A National Squad Strategy has been developed and implemented: 5 Squads Swimming, 4 squads OWS 100 swimmers & 16 Open Water Swimmers 34 black swimmers & 4 black OWS 40 female swimmer & 7 female OWS 31 coaches (13 black)
