 Accomplish personal goals (health & team)  Word of mouth/tell the diabetes story  Involve others in health actions  Share health & diabetes information

 Model behavior  Accomplish personal goals  Do something EVERY day  Start TODAY  Support & encourage others  Tell a NEW diabetes story

 Find a partner  Encourage one another  Work together  Plan something for EVERY week  Keep track of accomplishments

 Shared responsibility  Everyone counts  Think outside the health fair & local hikes  More is more….  Plan at least three major events beyond training  Crow ferociously!

 Sustainability  Who will manage the funds you raise?  Identify a specific project as your goal.
