COD-FC Objective TRICARE Management Activity The objective of the COD-FC is to support the mission of TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) and Military Health System (MHS) through effective award and administration of Information Management/ Information Technology related services, including Program Management and Analytical Services

Contract Operations Division TRICARE Management Activity Supports the procurement and administration of Information Technology Services for the Military Health System (MHS) Information Technology (IT) program, and manages the procurement and administration of all Program Management Support Services for TMA.
