Presentation transcript:

This is Hades the god of the underworld, he fell in love with Persephone the goddess of nature.

This is Persephone, daughter of Demeter who was captured by Hades and forced to marry him which upset her mother very much.

This is Ares, god of war. He is a mean god who lives on Olympus only because he resembles what a god should look like.

Hephaestus is Ares brother who is disrespected and abused because he has a disability. He isn't allowed to stay on Olympus.

Zeus is the king of the gods and the father of Ares and Athena, but not for Hephaestus.

Hera is married to Zeus and is the mother of Ares, Athena, and Hephaestus. She had Hephaestus by herself though, without the help of Zeus. She tried to kill Hephaestus by tossing him into an ocean while he was a baby, this is because he is disabled and she didn't want people to know that he was her son.

This is the goddess Athena, she is the daughter of Zeus and Hera, and the sister to Ares and Hephaestus.

When Hephaestus used the invisible cords to tie Hera to the throne, Dionysus got him drunk and was able to convince him to release Hera if she would admit that he was her son.

This is Artemis the goddess of hunting.

This is Hermes the god of messengers and thieves.

This is Aphrodite the goddess of love who was forced into marrying Hephaestus but is cheating on him with Ares.

This is Poseidon the god of the Sea. He helped Zeus make some decisions and helped heroes.

What I did for the attractions part of our theme park is I made an area of the park where there are a bunch of statues in a certain area. I grouped some of the statues together based on some of the stories that we had read about. For instance, I put Hades with Persephone because in the story he abducts her and forces her to be his wife which creates the four seasons. Another group was about the story of Hera, Hephaestus, and Ares. Thank you for visiting our attractions area of our theme park. By: Nick Apostolu
