In-reach: Working with the resources at hand within the college allows for recruitment that helps to build program awareness with the college community while also providing information that can be passed on to students from any of the college’s entry points. Outreach: Is used when the college is actively seeking to grow the numbers of enrollees into the college from pools of students who have yet to enroll, where recruitment efforts must bring students to the school from the outside.
