Introduction  This presentation will compare in detail the HTC Puccini and the Samsung Galaxy 10.1  Provide the advantages and disadvantages for road warriors  And provide a summary / recommendation of which to choose and why.

Road Warrior  Cost: Having a device that does multiple things will exclude the use of multiple devices, therefore saving the customer money.  Specs: Unfortunately with the current specifications the tablets cannot compete with even household computers therefore reducing the capabilities of the product.  The tablets are however lightweight and portable which increases the useability of the product which is essential for road warriors.

Desktop Summary  Cost: Around half the price of the tablets but that’s for a reason  Specifications: the Desktop PC’s are large machines not possible of being portable this is why the price is so low, the desktop PC has devoted resources to certain programs and features which increases the speed of which it can run these programs compared to tablets.

Synchronisation  Tablets can synchronise with desktop systems quite easily, via usb, wi-fi, and even automated via wi-fi.  Synchronisation is essential to save time and therefore money, this is why it is important to reduce the time of connecting the tablet to the system.

Summary  Tablets are a better choice for road warriors, the main reason being portability  Although the 2 tablets compared in this presentation are not the best for these users they are essentially a basic simple that will provide the users with what they need.  Recommendation: Galaxy Tab 10.1 is my personal recommendation between these 2 devices.  Other than these 2 devices I would recommend the ASUS Transformer, it has greater specifications than the 2 tablets compared in this presentation and also has a keyboard and other features that make it much greater than the 2 compared.
