NPHS Booster Board Section 7: The President shall direct the Officers and Committees, and be the presiding officer at all meetings of the Board. The President shall be responsible for the general administration and coordination of activities and any other duties the Board may direct. The President, or appointed representative, will represent the Cheerleading Booster Club at the quarterly Umbrella Booster meetings.

NPHS Booster Board Section 8: The 1st Vice President shall assist and perform the duties of the President when the President is unable to be present to transact necessary business. The 1st Vice President shall be the fund raising coordinator and shall oversee and coordinate all fundraising activities. Section 9: The 2nd Vice President shall assist and perform the duties of the 1st VP when the 1st VP is unable to be present. The 2nd VP shall be the Spirit coordinator and shall oversee the Varsity, Junior Varsity and Freshman Squad Representative committees and coordinate all spirit related items

NPHS Booster Board Section 10: The Secretary shall record and keep a permanent file of the approved minutes of all meetings and all votes of the Board of Director’s meetings, Executive Board meetings and General Membership meetings of the Cheerleading Boosters Club. The Secretary shall correspond officially on behalf of the Cheerleading Booster Club. The Secretary shall keep a current list of the names and addresses of all members. The Secretary shall notify all parties concerned of meetings and shall secure a meeting place for such meetings.

NPHS Booster Board Section 11: The Treasurer shall jointly sign all checks with the President, Vice President or Secretary. The Treasurer shall pay all routine bills upon authorization and shall make usual expenditures. The Treasurer shall receive all money paid to the Cheerleading Boosters and issue prompt receipts when necessary. He/she shall keep an accurate account thereof and shall promptly deposit said funds. The Treasurer shall give a report of all receipts and expenditures at each regular meeting and meetings of the Board of Directors and shall submit all documentation necessary to the auditor for the annual audit review. The Treasurer shall head the Budget Committee

NPHS Booster Board Section 12: The Parliamentarian is in charge of by- law updates and compliance, and is the head of the Nominating and Election Committee for elections of future Board members. Section 13: The Auditor shall receive and review the bank statements monthly and review the checkbook yearly and give a report to the general membership. A written report shall be submitted to the general membership at fiscal year’s end.

NPHS Booster Board Section 14: Squad Representatives for Freshmen, Junior Varsity and Varsity Squads shall be appointed (one (1) or two (2) by the Executive Board from a list of volunteers. The squad representatives shall keep a list of names and contact information for the students and parents of their respective squad. The Squad Representatives are required to keep their members informed of important meetings, dates, schedules and information from the board, school or coaches with respect to games, events, practices, parties, cheer program events.
