We thought the book was great and enjoyable. Even if there were some sad parts it turned out to be a happy book. We also thought this book has some world/life text and questions that you can infer and think about and maybe you can get an answer. If we had to describe the book in words that would be hard but we have some and they are Mixed Feelings, Happy & Sad. The last thing we have to say about this book is WE LOVED IT!!! We both recommend this book to whoever wants read it because the book is a mix feelings!!! But the book also has the most important thing in the book is it has love relating to family and friends. So this is one reason we recommend this book to you. And if you not convicted yet n the book there are some suprises that we (Mital & Mari) were brought to. This is why we recommend this book to you.

In the book Hope Was Here Hope grew up with Addie and as taken her as a mother. So years pass and Hope’s birthday is coming up and she want to to be a waitress like Addie. And so her dreams come true! But then slowly the business start to go down and the restaurant closes. So Hope and Addie move to Wisconsin and join a new restaurant business. There both of the girls have a very active life-style. So Hope starts to go to collage and meets Braverman!!! So Hope and Braverman stat to know eachother more and then they become really close friends because Hope’s a waitress and Braverman is a cook. So things are going okay and baam, this whole RUNNING FOR MAYOR thing comes up. That’s how they meet GT. Then a few things happen that would really just happen in real politics start and Hope and Addie get to know him more. Then something happened between Addie and GT. Which I wont tell you until you read the book. But all the things start getting in place and all the things become happy and calm. I know you are looking forward to a nice ending but GT died. We did not think that was the best ending but we knew that was going to happen. So this is what had happened is the book HOPE WAS HERE!!!!!
