3. Place symbols along the lifeline to show approximately when that event happened in your life You don't have to use each symbol and you can repeat them Talk about important events you are comfortable sharing from your lifeline Lifeline

4. Icebreaker Questions Who put the symbol ? on their lifeline at least once and so on through the symbols What were the three periods each person chose for his or her lifelines. What symbols people left out.

5. Deeper Questions Who found this an easy thing to do? Who found this hard to do? Who has never thought about the big events in their lives like this before? Who would like to tell the group about a time of joy in their lives? etc - move through the symbols.
