National Membership P.O.C.s -Brenda Bordelon – Headquarters Staff -James A. Lynton – NB 2 nd Vice President -Debra Kilpatrick – NB Secretary -Cindy Barner – National Membership Chair These individuals are here to support you nationally with any questions you may have.

Team Retention -Chapter Membership Chairs and their respective committees -Work on the Drop Lists for 90/60/30 days out to help us keep our existing members -Use Exit Survey Results to see where we can improve as a society -Keep current members engaged all year -Monthly Calls to review successes and goals

Team Recruitment -Develop strategies for finding NEW members -Create a stock list of prospects for any chapter to pull from. Hold Bi-Monthly Calls. -Every member is on Team Recruitment -Membership Awards will be once again based on total number increased in the fiscal year -Three Awards (Small, Medium, Large Chapters) Under 50, , 100+ Members

Membership Contest A contest was launched in March and will end in October. Winning Chapters will be announced on November 13, Chapters will participate Three prizes: Scholarship to NEC 2016, Sponsor of a speaker at a chapter meeting, $20.15 added to Rev Share

Membership Statistics SGMP has 2452 Total Members 2325 are Ratio Members 1238 Planner Members – 53.2% 1087 Supplier Members – 46.8% YTD we have lost 266 members We have 29 Chapters Total 137 Members are Members At Large

How to Join SGMP as a Planner -Planners can join on their own at any time -Applications are processed within a day of receipt -Planners that are being matched with a supplier are required to list that individual’s name and organization at the time of application

How to Join SGMP as a Supplier -Supplier applicants are required to join SGMP with a planner "match” -Unless joining via the limited time supplier special -There is no deadline by which an appropriately- matched supplier application must be received by SGMP HQ after the planner application -It is the supplier applicant's responsibility to ensure that both applications refer to one another via the "Name of Planner Match" line
