NISD Assistant Principal Development: To provide learning opportunities that ensure the continuous development of NISD assistant principals as visionary, strategic, and instructional leaders.

Problem of Practice Observation of Practice Observation Debrief Next Level of Work School identifies a problem of practice that Observable Actionable Connects to a broader strategy of improvement Observation teams collect specific data related to the problem of practice Observation teams discuss the data identifying Patterns Contrasts Evidence that supports the problem of practice Questions for the campus Information from the Instructional Rounds process is shared with the campus administrator(s) so the campus can determine next steps for their work.
