31 Support for Special Education Teacher
Universal Tailored Custom Attend Area Wides for updates on communication from CDE, alignment within the AU, best practices and effective instruction. Check-in quarterly with the Director of Special Education on a quarterly basis. Feedback is given on IEPs for quality and compliance. Access to Curriculum Library is available for checking out . IEP Goals are monitored for attainment. Progress Monitoring is reviewed quarterly. Everything in Universal + Monthly PLC Meeting will be facilitated by Centennial BOCES geared specifically toward student growth and achievement within the district. Everything in Universal & Tailored+ Individual Coaching is offered . Included in this is observations and reflective conversations around instructional practices, curricular components and roles and responsibilities. District Commitment Participate in Administrative Unit Area Wides Report Progress Monitoring Four Times a Year Participate in Monthly Professional Learning Community Meeting Participate in Monthly Coaching Sessions, 1 Hour per Month Report Progress Monitoring Twice Monthly

32 Support for Principals
Universal Tailored Custom Consultation from the Special Education Director is offered, as needed. Centennial BOCES will review building state Level Assessment Results. Review Indicators 7 & 14 results. Everything in Universal+ Attend Principal Seminar about Special Education Overview. The Special Education Director will Walk Through with the Principal to provide feedback on effective components of Special Education programming within the building. Centennial BOCES will review Benchmark Assessments and Progress Monitoring. Everything in Universal & Tailored + Centennial BOCES will support Educator Effectiveness through feedback and documentation Special Education Director will participation in Interview Process. Programming will evaluated by Centennial BOCES. Coaching for Action Plan Development will be provided as needed from Centennial BOCES Staff District Commitment Universal Tailored Custom Meet to review data will be set up, 1 hour two times per year. Participate in Seminar Participate in walk throughs and reflective conversations. Meet to review data, 1 hour quarterly Meet for Educator Effectiveness on staff, 30 minutes per staff Interview communication Programming meeting, 1 hour Action plan creation, 2 hours

33 Supports for General Education
Universal Tailored Custom Presentation for involvement of General Education in the Special Education Process, as requested by Principal IEP Snapshot is given at the beginning of the year and after IEP meetings are held. IEP Meeting Participation is required. Everything in Universal+ Special Education Professional Development is offer during building meetings. Differentiated Instruction Professional Development is offered through ongoing professional development series. Training for Implementation of Universal Interventions is offer from Special Service Providers, as requested by building principal. Everything in Universal & Tailored+ Facilitated Collaboration with Special Education Teaching Partner is offered from Centennial BOCES staff, as requested . Observation with Reflective Conversation of instructional practices for students with Special Education needs, as requested. District Commitment Universal Tailored Custom Participate in Professional Development Participate in Professional Development opportunities, twice a year Participate in Monthly Coaching Sessions, 1 Hour per Month per person *
