OCS On Account for Hotel Business Suites OCS can be utilized in hotel business centers in a number of ways – from totally self service to staff controlled. Hotel guests can enter their name and room number to access the system or users prepay into the system and debit off a balance. The staff looks up the usage an checkout and prints and invoice – adding the total to the bill. OCS TA – Time Vending OCS AV – Print Vending NTS – Copy and Fax Vending

Time Vending The users log in with their account information. Their declining or ascending account balance is displayed in the task bar

Photocopies/Faxes and/or printing The versatile NTS can control copies/faxes and prints with a multifunction copier/printer. The guest must enter in their room number and PIN or one time use account number.

When someone prints They are shown the cost of the job. All fields are optional and can be removed or edited. Name and PIN# fields automatically fill in with the log-in used to start the time session. The user confirms printing and then releases the job. There are two ways to print.

The user database Each users name, password and other billing information including a complete account history can be viewed. The database can be created via import file or manually.

OCS Report Manager When a guest is ready to check out – the hotel clerk can check to see if they owe money for business center use. OCS can print an invoice and the total can be added to their hotel bill. OCS offers several reports and invoices as well as a complete audit history in comma delimited format.
