 There are times when we are on the run and may be unprepared for lunch!  This often ends up in eating out, such as a fast food restaurant.  Class Activity:  On the board: Make a list of Pros vs Cons of eating out at a fast food restaurant.

 Although, fast food is sometimes a meal choice we make, there are often times that people make unwise food choices…

Un- Wise Choices For a Healthy Lifestyle!

Junk Food Pizza Large meat pizza covered with potato skins, mozzarella sticks, mini taco’s, jalapeño poppers and onion rings.

The McNuggetini A McDonald’s chocolate milkshake with vanilla vodka, rimmed with BBQ sauce and garnished with a chicken McNugget.

Bacon Burger Dog With Cheese Hot dog wrapped in cheese, wrapped in ground beef, wrapped in bacon.

Opportunity for Research  Many people believe that teenagers prefer fast food for lunch to healthier alternatives such as salads, soups, and sandwiches.  How could you design a study to investigate whether this is true among students at your school?
