Food production Cooking begins depending on recipe
At least an hour before service Sous chef is in charge Volunteers can have positions of patissier, grillardin, and chef garde manger Volunteers and dishwasher are also in charge of setting the tables and clearing off the tables Breakfast is served from 8-9am, first snack from 10:30-11am, lunch from 12-1pm, second snack from 3:30-4pm, and dinner from 6-7pm.
