KANSAS PUBLIC HEALTH PRACTICE- BASED RESEARCH NETWORK

Kansas PBRN Founded in 2010 K-PBRN Charter Structure: Executive Committee Lead Agency Network members.

K-PBRN Executive Committee Structure: one lead and one alternate representative Kansas Association of Local Health Departments, the University of Kansas, the Kansas State University, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, the Kansas Public Health Association, and the Kansas Health Institute. Selected Responsibilities: Establish strategic direction for the network and assist in organizational development over time. Review plans and progress of K-PBRN projects. Consider, as appropriate, new member partners. Review proposals and identify priority projects. Approve submission on behalf of the K-PBRN of funding requests to potential grantors.
