Strategic Context Public Security and Emergency Preparedness identified as government strategic priorities on December 10, Security and Emergencies Initiative (SEI) established to provide an integrated approach to all related (10) business lines. SEI links Security Policy, Emergency Planning, Emergency Public Information, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Hazmat, CBRNE, MCI, Nuclear Security and Preparedness
Business Requirements (1) Institute a system to manage spatial information. Institute a system to alert the public about public safety threats. Institute a system to notify owners of critical infrastructure about security threats.
