Sunset Date Extension Requests See handout for submittal information Agency must illustrate significant progress has been made on the project. Sunset date criteria can be met within 1 yr. Projects are only eligible for one extension request.

The above schedule does not apply to High Priority, TCSP, Non-Motorized, HSIP, Forest Highway, Public Lands and Scenic By-Ways projects. All Projects must have letting dates set within 90 days of authorization!
