TWC: - New 8FL’s storage room installation. - Tissue paper holders installed in 7&8FL restroom. - Planning & MKT (Temporary moving) divisions moved to 8 & 9 FL. 2. Norch: - Meeting with the landlord regarding broken glass at 6FL as well as plan of restarting the construction at 7 & 8 FL. 3. Mirae Building (Big C): - Rental deposit returned by the landlord on 8 Jun’2010.

P.S: - - Keep be aware of electricity control everyone should follow strictly the power consumption control. - - Apply the reminding manual of electricity saving. - - The RD/BM/Manager should explain the unreasonable increase and the method of electricity control.

23 ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN) GA TASKS * Method for telephone fee control: minutes per call. - - Not supporting long distance and mobile phone calls for Agency side. - - Supporting fixed amount allowance for RD, BM, AO,… * Result: - Telephone expense dropped down a lot (average of 28.5 mil vnd per month) from Jun’09 to May’ Keep monitoring and controlling the telephone fees.

Fire fighting and prevention management document for Binhthanh’s office. 4. Surveying some solutions of generator in Dongnai’s office. 5. Finding out suitable office for Haiphong.
