Update the content of Leave Regulation Revised the Article 6: Long Term Leave For Personal Affairs  Mention which condition for private leave during 30 days 1.Study higher degree to the fields related to company’s operation (Post Graduate or master degree etc.., except certificate) 2.2 Accident or sick with prove by doctor’s letter 2.3 Join the army or social service based on the request of regulations or the government authority.

Update the content of Leave Regulation Revised the Article 6: Long Term Leave For Personal Affairs  And which condition to applied employees for long term leave (Max 2 years) employee study higher degree and can’t continue to work at the certain period, you can be consider as long term leave and priority your position after your return (You must submit to the company your related documents on your study and the degree after returning)

Decentralize & The Mgm Authority For Regional Director  FOR STAFF’S SIDE: Leave Report (including all kind of leaves: annual leave, private leave, sick leave etc. or business trip) Purchasing Request Performance Review Suggestion  FOR AGENCY’S SIDE: will take whole responsibility in all function of agency side from branches

10 10 HR Dept. Other HR Activities Complete preparing for employees on oversea training (Taiwan – schedule: from 15 ~ 27 Oct., 2009) Revised the proposal of group insurance for employees Revised the new salary ranking Legal Compliance (Step 2)

14 14 GA TASKS A. Office Building Information 1. TWC: - Made ceiling’s holes for air-conditioner maintenance. - Pest control. 2. N’orch: - Sent a letter to the landlord regarding authorized staff for daily operations. ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN)

19 19 Main tasks This month: ► Terms & Conditions of new products (R04, R05, R06, R07, C07, C08, C09, C10 & A03 )  finished C07, C08, C09 (approved from MOF);  finished R04, R05, R06, R07;  revising C10 & A03. ► Legal Compliance Process  finished Step 2;  preparing for Step 3.

20 20 Main tasks This month: ► Standard of Terms and Conditions  translated into English and apply to new products ► Fund Management Company  submitted 2 sets of application form to the MOF ► Legal Counsel of the Company  gave advice to Planning, Marketing, Claim & HR Dept.

21 21 Main tasks Next month: ► Terms & Conditions  reviewing, revising C10 & A03 ► Legal Compliance Process  finish Step 3 ► N’orch Building issues  take appropriate actions if required in the future ► Collect and summarize information regarding to the legal consultancy

22 22 CIRCULAR 197/2009/TT-BTC dated 9 October 2009 on foreign contractor tax (amend Circular 134/2008/TT-BTC dated 31 December 2008 on foreign contractor tax) Legal Department  Circular 197/2009/TT-BTC supplemented payment of VAT in accordance with the tax credit method and payment of CIT as a percentage of assessable turnover (Circular 134/2008/TT-BTC mentioned about payment of VAT directly on the basis of added value).  Pursuant to Circular 197/2009/TT-BTC, in the case of foreign contractor’s contract and foreign sub-contractor’s contracts which signed before 1 Jan 2009 shall be applied according to Circular 05/2005/TT-BTC dated 11 Jan 2005 issued by the MOF. In the case foreign contractor or foreign sub-contractor is an individual and his/her income has been paid from 1 Jan 2009, it shall be applied according to laws on PIT.
