How Does The Co-Op Work For You? The Co-Op only selects 1 supplier member for each trade and area. Then we focus all the buying power of our contractor members to those preferred suppliers! This allows our suppliers to give you the best price and the best service in the industry. Example: If you currently are not a Bidstreet member and buy $50,000 of lumber material from ABC Lumber yard each year, but the combined purchasing power of the members of Bidstreet’s Co-Op buy $3 million of lumber a year from ABC Lumber yard… Who do you think will be able to negotiate better pricing, you or Bidstreet’s Co-Op?

About Our CEO & Founder Chris M. Daskalakis began his career as a bonded government contractor and home builder out of Old Bridge NJ. Our Fees to Contractors There is no fee of any kind to you to belong to our co-op as a contractor member. You do however have to have excellent credit and references.
