Work Plan: Activities Implemented: Revision and Updating of: 1.Two Masters Programs:  3 core courses  2 specialty courses in AHN  2 specialty courses in CHN 2.The work done by 8 staff from JUST, 2 from TC and  2 from QUB. 3.The process of change took one-year. 4.The updated courses were finalized in the second steering committee 6 – 10 Sep The updated courses will be introduced to the students this academic year.

Work Plan: - 2 nd Year  Video conference purchase and instillation of the equipment.  Implementation of AHN masters program modified courses.  Implementation of CHN masters program courses.  Evaluation of the value of the project; so far.

Work Plan: - 2 nd Year  Finalize the curriculum of the Maternal and Child Health Nursing master’s Program.  Develop and Revise 4 specialty courses in MCHN master’s program.  Revise and updating 6 electives for graduate students irrespective of their specialties. JUST faculty of nursing and staff from TC & QUB will participate in revising and updating; through: 1.Video conference 2. s 3.Exchange visits

Work Plan: - 2 nd Year Capacity Building of The Staff: Exchange visits: 1.person from TC and 1 person QUB to JUST. 2.staff from JUST to TC in maternity as trainees. 2.staff from JUST to QUB in AHN & CHN as trainees. *The focus of the trainees: *Improve JUST staff in-class and clinical teaching capacity. *Promote JUST staff clinical skills and performance.
