 Teaching aims & demands  Learn to apologize to people  Master some new words & expressions, such as: make use of, interrupt, apologise etc.  Improve students’ listening and speaking abilities  Teaching important points  How to apologise to people  Master the new words and expressions  How to improve students'

 Teaching methods  Explain the new words and expressions to students  Listening –and –answering activity to help the students go through with the listening material  Individual, pair or group work to make every student work in class

 Teaching procedure Step 1: Interesting leading  In what situations should these expressions be used ? Excuse me, I ’ m (so/ terribly) sorry, Thank you, That ’ s OK, Be careful, No problem etc.
