Tampere International Business Office TIBO  TIBO provides information about the region, assistance, contacts and solutions for foreign business entities considering setting up business in Tampere Region.  TIBO compiles regional and local information for each individual company considering to set up business in Tampere Region on infrastructure, finance, corporate taxation, labour costs, business environment, hire of premises etc.  TIBO assists foreign companies in finding business partners, contacts and opportunities in Tampere Region by identifying and contacting potential partners on behalf of foreign companies, and working closely with universities, research institutions and the centre of expertise program.
