Animals - Water consumption -Drinking water -Irrigation of their food -Slaughtering -Happy & healthy -Food requirements -Living space -Medical treatment MY PROJECT ABOUT BEING A VEGETERIAN (FACT 2)

o Simple recipe o Easy preparation o Less water consumption o (PURE) VEGGIE Of mashed potates with falafel MY FAVORITE RECIPES WITHOUT MEAT

Of a “Kus-Kus“- SaladBlueberry Cupcakes PICTURE(S)

Of food to take with me Delicious bred with cheese, salad and a pear PICTURE(S)

You can buy the Veggie Burger “meat“ which is a type of tofu in every supermarket You put it into a pan and frie it for about 5 minutes All you need to add is bred, salad and some ketchup OF MY VEGGIE BURGER…WAS SUPER TASTY! PICTURE

Of pasta WITHOUT meat normally known as Spaghetti Bolognese… PICTURE -Cooked pasta -With tomato soup -And tofu (replaces the meat) Add some salt and cheese to it

 New food routines  More consciousness  Consumer awareness  Being a vegetarian changed my view of a lot of things  Started thinking about products, organic food, and health of a human and animals  Reason: because I was researching facts in the internet  Information about water consumption for animals had a lot to deal with animal testing ect. SLIGHTLY CHANGED

-Potatoes from the market, small farmer -Person who sells the products: producer/ farmer -Add a litle bit of ‘Maggie‘ which is a spice -You can add any type of vegetable you would like to have in your soup Of soup…made in a different way PICTURE

-Made out of organic ingredients -We used organic blueberries for our cupcakes -We read through the information, on the packagings Of cupcakes, made out of organic products PICTURE(S)

At first -Challenge for myself - opened a new package of sliced cold meat ->(was my favorite) - rough time fighting the desire to eat meat -September, 29th, 2014 – BBQ with my neighbours, everyone ate meat and sausages -> I had a veggie burger. EXPERIENCE

How i managed my challenges -Different strategies to avoid meat in my meal -(New ideas for breakfast and dinner) -Likes  for alternative food -Felt a little bit special, because everyone else was eating meat EXPERIENCE

-Consumption of meat -Keep recipes and collect new ones -Get the family to colaborate -Pay attention to products in general and their ingredients -Reject animal testing, avoid unnecessary products which imply excessive animal testing OUTLOOK

Sources SOURCES  The most part are my feelings, my thoughts, my experience and conclusion  I took the pictures by myself  The recipes I found in Rossmann (has a huge section of organic and vegetarian food)  Most packagings have recipes on them -> Brought a packaging with me!
