The Problem(Opportunity) 1.Hemorrhagic Septicemia (HS) is a dangerous diseases 2.It is very fast spreading and has a high mortality rate so it is hard to control. 3.It is widely spread all over the country so we must treat it seriously as the mortality rate due to this diseases is 85-95%. 4.This project will also give us a chance to create awareness in the small holders that they must take serious steps for the medical treatment of their animals.

Vision and Mission 1.By reducing the HS cases we can reduce the mortality rate of the animals. 2.Can get rid of financial and productive losses. 3.Better and increased supply of milk and meat. 4.Helping the small holders which are long ignored.

Theory of Change 1.The project will help the small holders by vaccinating their animals at low price than that of market. 2.Get rid of quacks and untrained livestock assistants working in the filed. 3.Educate the small holders and tell them about some common diseases and precautionary measures. 4.This will bring an increase in animal productivity through farmer’s awareness.

The Solution 1.Vaccination is the main service to be provided at farmer’s doorstep. 2.Farmer’s education for the prevention and cure of the HS and other diseases. 3.Key activities include vaccination at reduce cost and farmer’s education cum training at farmer’s doorstep. 4.Some private veterinarian and technicians and quacks present in villages are already doing this work 5.Our motto is to facilitate the small holder at low cost than the quacks and improperly trained technicians.

Social Impact 1.Helping the small holders. 2.Prosperous village society. 3.Enhanced and ensured income sources. 4.Educated farmers. 5.Awareness about animal diseases. 6.Reduced migration from villages to the cities as farmers will earn more from their animals.
