7th Framework Programme Regions of Knowledge FP-Regions Project n:o Baltic Flows Internal report on regional capacities in the fields of rainwater monitoring and management in the Baltic Sea Region We will: Find out our local stakeholders Compile a list of all stakeholders in all regions Coordinate preparation of the survey questionnaire Collect data, analyze and construct a report from the survey results Develop an understanding of regional capabilities in Estonia We expect from partners: List of local shareholders at least 15 public sector, 15 private sector, 15 scientific sector To send out the survey to your local shareholders For a successful survey at least 80% of the shareholders have to fill in the survey. Translate the survey report into context of local actions Follow up action: Joint Action Plan and contingency plan will be based on the results of regional capacities

7th Framework Programme Regions of Knowledge FP-Regions Project n:o Baltic Flows Report on project-wide workshops 1 and 2 We will: Organize and lead project-wide workshop 1 in December 2014 Workshop is currently planned as a joint event with JPI Water Estonia which is lead by Elve Lode from Tallinn University Preliminary proposed topic of the workshop will be “Internationally competitive flowing rainwater solutions” We expect from partners: Compiling and updating the list of local regional stakeholders Identifying your local rainwater related solutions which are internationally competitive Active participation in workshop and inviting your cluster members to workshop in Tallinn Project-wide workshop II will be held in Latvia.

7th Framework Programme Regions of Knowledge FP-Regions Project n:o Baltic Flows Report on networking with regional stakeholders and contingency plan We will: Analyze and report main activities and milestones with our own regional stakeholders Analyze and report main activities and milestones for all project stakeholders based on information received from regional leaders Identify possible follow-up projects beyond Baltic Flows project We expect from partners: The main activities and milestones with your regional partners Conclusions and communication with promising local solution providers in your region based on survey results and personal communication with different actors Proposals for international dissemination activities together with other BSR countries Your ideas and initiatives for possible follow-up projects.
