3 Content of WP1: task 1.1 Task 1.1: Benchmarking of NCP Services Task Leader: Belgium/Brussels Capital Region (The Brussels Enterprise Agency) 1.Benchmark identify opportunities for exchange of information in areas such as customer relation management, brick analysis, content management, etc. This would also be valuable to experienced NCPs who are not aware of new techniques available.
